SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE 2025-2028
AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a global not-for-profit organization that provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS services to more than 2.7 million patients in 50 countries globally, 15 of these countries being in Africa, and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA.
AHF-Ethiopia is registered and licensed by the Federal Charities and Societies Agency, Proclamation No. 1113/2019, under the registration license number of 3136. It started its operation in 2014 expanding its reach, and currently supporting 28 high-load facilities providing free standardized comprehensive HIV care and prevention service for more than 93,000 clients in Addis Ababa, Oromia, Amhara, Sidama, and Tigray Regions. Besides, it provides free HIV testing and counseling services to more than 100,000 individuals every year.
AHF Ethiopia invites interested, qualified, technically competent, and eligible vendors to submit their interest for the prequalification to be included in AHF Ethiopia database for supply of goods, provision of services and works for years 2025-2028 for the following categories. For categories where notification letters have already been issued to successful bidders, the process is considered complete. However, to ensure adequate participation, certain completed categories have been reopened for additional bidders. Categories that did not receive sufficient bidder coverage have also been reopened for further submissions. In addition, new categories have been introduced based on organizational needs.

The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted entirely online via:

TenderSureTM platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the “Available Jobs” tab to apply for any of the categories listed. Access to the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 2,500.00 Inclusive of 15% VAT per category. All payments will be made via an online payment platform during the application process. The online supplier prequalification exercise opens on the 2nd February, 2026 and closes on 20th February, 2026 at 4 PM EAT.
