NATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

GOAL Ethiopia, a Non-governmental, not-for-profit International Humanitarian Organization, invites interested individuals /Companies to purchase the following used items:

Instruction for bidders

• Interested Bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from GOAL Ethiopia Addis Ababa, Country Office starting from the first day of this invitation from Monday-Friday (at 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM office working hours date 24-Feb- 2026)
• THE BID OFFER shall be delivered in separate envelopes marked as ORIGINAL and COPY. All envelopes shall then be put in one together, sealed, and submitted to GOAL ETHIOPIA, ADDIS ABABA, GURD SHOLA NEXT TO CENTURY MALL HEAD OFFICE BEFORE 19 FEBRUARY 2026, 10:00 AM EAST AFRI- CAN TIME
• The Items (lots) are being sold on the condition of “as is”, and “where is”, and without recourse or warranties of any kind.
• Bid prices must be submitted separately for each lot. GOAL will not consider any lump sum offer. Any such bid shall be automatically disqualified.
• The tender will be opened on 24 February 2026 at 11:00 AM at GOAL Ethiopia premises 2nd floor in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
• Bids must be accompanied by a bond of 20% (twenty percent) of the bid amount in the form of CPO to GOAL Ethiopia. The bid bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the completion of the bid process.
• The used items (lots) will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest price. In the event of identical bids, the successful bidder will be determined by a draw.
• Bids received after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected.
• The successful bidder shall be notified by a letter of award and requested for payment to the organization with in 2 business days. Accordingly, the used items must be removed from the premises of GOAL Ethiopia within 2 business days after payment. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
• GOAL Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the Tender partially or fully.
